Kleeping is an app for saving links you share from other apps (Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Booking.com, and many more) through your phone's built-in "Share" menu — often called the "share and forget" approach. You don't need to open Kleeping first to save something; just share it from wherever you found it.

Yes. The core features — saving links, binders, and pinning — are fully usable at no cost, even without creating an account. An optional Premium plan is planned for larger quotas and extras like full AI automation and data export, with more details to come closer to the official launch.

No. Kleeping works right away once installed, with no sign-up flow at all (an "anonymous" account). Signing in with a Google account is optional and unlocks a bigger quota plus the ability to sync to other devices.

The tiers are additive — each one includes everything from the tier below it, plus more. Guest is great for trying things out quickly, but its data is tied to a single device (lost if the app is uninstalled). Basic (signing in with Google) makes your data recoverable and syncable across devices. Premium adds unlimited quota and exclusive features like Secure Folder and data export. For anonymous accounts, yes — because the identity is tied directly to that device and install, there's no way to recover it on another device or a fresh install. If your data matters to you, sign in with a Google account beforehand so it can always be recovered.

It depends on your account tier: 20 links for anonymous accounts, 100 for signed-in (free) accounts, and unlimited for Premium. This limit only counts active links — anything you've deleted doesn't count against it.

Open any app (Instagram, TikTok, your browser, etc.), find the "Share" button, and pick Kleeping from the list of apps that appears. The link is saved automatically with its title and image, usually within a few seconds.

Kleeping fetches that title and image in the background after the link is saved, usually finishing within a few seconds. For a handful of platforms that restrict access (private content or content behind a login), the thumbnail/title may never be retrievable — the link still saves, just with a generic icon instead.

Kleeping automatically recognizes links from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Blibli, Agoda, Tiket.com, Trip.com, Booking.com, Amazon, eBay, Airbnb, Pinterest, Spotify, Google Play, AliExpress, SHEIN, Reddit, Kaskus, Twitch, Tumblr, Snapchat, Vimeo, and more. Links from platforms we don't recognize yet can still be saved as a generic link.

Secure Folder is a Premium-only feature for links you'd rather keep more private. After you set a secret passphrase once, that folder only opens by typing it in — and it doesn't show up in your regular link list.

Since this passphrase is designed to be known only to you (not even by the Kleeping team), there's currently no automatic reset option. To discourage guessing, repeated wrong attempts get temporarily locked out for progressively longer periods.

Type your passphrase into the search bar on the Home page, wrapped in colons at the start and end — for example :myPassphrase: — then press Enter/submit on the keyboard (it doesn't open automatically as you type). If the passphrase is correct, the Secure Folder will open. If the passphrase is wrong, the search bar will just look like a normal search with no results, so no one can tell whether you even have a Secure Folder set up.

Premium unlocks: unlimited saved links, binders, and tags; a bigger pin quota; a passphrase-protected Secure Folder for private links; sharing binders with other people; data export (CSV); unlimited AI Auto Tag beyond the trial; and an ad-free experience. Everything from the Guest and Basic tiers still comes with it — Premium is additive, not a replacement.

Binder sharing lets you invite other people to view and add links to a specific binder together — handy for trip planning, a shared shopping wishlist, or a team reference list. It's limited to Premium because managing multiple users on one binder (invitations, membership, access permissions) adds meaningfully more complexity and server resources than regular single-user usage.

Yes. Authentication runs through Firebase Authentication, and every request to our server is independently re-verified rather than simply trusted from the app. Your Secure Folder passphrase is stored as a one-way hash, and images/thumbnails are stored through a cloud storage provider. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Open Settings inside the Kleeping app and choose "Delete Account." There's a 30-day grace period before data is permanently removed from our servers — during that window, you can cancel the deletion simply by signing back in with the same account.

No. We don't sell your personal data. It's only processed by the technical service providers that keep the app running (like authentication and image storage) — fully explained in our Privacy Policy.
