By downloading, installing, or using the Kleeping app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the app.

Kleeping is available for Android and iOS.

Kleeping is an app that lets users save links from other apps via the device's built-in "Share" menu, with automatic title and thumbnail retrieval, binder organization, and supporting features like pinning and a Secure Folder. The service is provided "as is" and its features may change, expand, or be reduced at any time during development.

Kleeping offers two types of access:

• Anonymous accounts — created automatically the first time the app runs, with no sign-up flow. This type of account is tied to a specific device and install, and its data cannot be recovered if the app is uninstalled.
• Signed-in accounts — using a Google account, unlocking a larger quota plus cross-device sync and data recovery.

You're responsible for keeping the device and Google account used to access Kleeping secure. We treat any activity performed through your account as your own action, unless you report unauthorized activity to us.

Kleeping only stores references to third-party content — the URL, title, and thumbnail image — not the original content itself. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or availability of any third-party page or link you save; those remain fully under the control of their respective owners and may change or become unavailable at any time, outside our control.

You are solely responsible for the links you save using Kleeping, and must ensure your use of the app doesn't violate applicable law or the rights of others.

To keep the service stable and fair for everyone, each account tier has limits on the number of links, binders, tags, and pinned links allowed — see the full comparison table on the Home page. These limits may change over time, and we'll communicate any significant change through the app.

Kleeping offers an optional auto-renewing Premium subscription (monthly) with unlimited quota and extra features. The current price is shown in the app before you purchase and may vary by country.

Payment. Payment is charged to your Google Play account (Android) or Apple ID account (iOS) when you confirm the purchase. Kleeping does not process or store your payment details.

Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play subscriptions settings (Android) or your App Store account settings (iOS). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Premium features stay active until then. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds. Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple according to their respective refund policies.

After Premium ends. When a subscription expires, your account returns to the free tier limits. Your saved data is not deleted, but some Premium features (such as Secure Folder contents) may be locked until you subscribe again.

You agree not to:

• Use Kleeping to save or spread links that violate applicable law, including but not limited to content that infringes copyright, is fraudulent, or is illegal in Indonesia.
• Attempt to access another user's account without authorization, including attempting to guess someone else's Secure Folder passphrase.
• Reverse-engineer the app, perform large-scale automated scraping, or interfere with Kleeping's servers or infrastructure.
• Use Kleeping in any way that could harm other users or third parties.
• Share objectionable content in a shared binder, including sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or harassing material, or harass or abuse other users.

Zero tolerance. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. You can report any link or user in a shared binder, and block a user, from inside the app. We review every report within 24 hours and will remove offending content and suspend or terminate the accounts responsible.

The "Kleeping" name, logo, and all app design elements are our property and protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its visual assets without our written permission. Third-party content referenced through links you save remains the property of its respective rights holders.

You can delete your account at any time through the Settings menu in the app, with a 30-day grace period before the data is permanently deleted (see our Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts found to be in violation of these Terms, particularly the "Prohibited Conduct" section above.

Kleeping is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We don't guarantee that fetching a title/thumbnail from a third-party link will always succeed, since this depends on each platform's own access policies, which are outside our control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use Kleeping, including loss of anonymous-account data due to app uninstallation (see Privacy Policy, section 8).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these terms will first be pursued through good-faith discussion.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, especially as Kleeping's feature set grows toward an official launch. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or this page before they take effect. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
